Terms of Service

1. Authorized Use

StrikeCore is designed for authorized adversary simulation, red teaming, penetration testing, and security control validation. You may only use StrikeCore against systems, networks, and accounts that you own or for which you have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized access to third-party systems is strictly prohibited.

2. Eligibility

You must be a security professional, part of an authorized internal security team, or a licensed consultant acting on behalf of a client with proper authorization. You must be of legal age and have authority to bind your organization.

3. License Seats & Activation

Each license is limited to the maximum number of teamserver seats purchased. Activations are bound to machine fingerprints. Seat limits are enforced by the license server and may not be circumvented, shared beyond the licensed entity, or resold without written permission.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your customer portal credentials, license files, and activation tokens. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Using StrikeCore for unlawful access, fraud, harassment, or malicious activity.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or bypassing license validation or seat limits.
• Sharing license files, customer portal access, or download links outside your licensed organization.
• Redistributing StrikeCore software, updates, or documentation without written permission.
• Uploading malware or interfering with the license server or other customers.

6. Intellectual Property

StrikeCore software, trademarks, documentation, and related materials are the property of StrikeCore or its licensors. Your license grants limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the software according to your purchased tier.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or at the end of a license period. Customers may terminate by ceasing use and deleting downloaded materials, subject to any contractual notice period.

8. Limitation of Liability

StrikeCore is provided for professional security testing. In no event shall StrikeCore be liable for misuse, data loss, system damage, or damages arising from unauthorized deployment. You assume full responsibility for lawful and authorized use.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the customer portal or primary account email.
