We collect only the data necessary to provide and secure the service:

• Account data: customer ID, name, company, contact email, phone, and account notes.
• License metadata: tier, expiry dates, feature flags, maximum teamserver seats, and machine fingerprints used for seat enforcement.
• Activation records: machine fingerprint, activation timestamp, and last-seen timestamp to enforce seat limits.
• Audit logs: administrative actions, customer portal logins, password resets, and license operations (IP address, user agent, timestamp).
• Support records: quote requests, update download history, and correspondence.

2. How We Use Data

• Issue, validate, renew, and enforce software licenses.
• Provide customer portal access, software downloads, and update distribution.
• Detect abuse, unauthorized sharing, and security incidents.
• Communicate account, expiry, and security alerts.
• Maintain accurate business records and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

StrikeCore does not collect the contents of teamserver operations, agent logs, screenshots, keystrokes, or customer engagement data. Operational data remains on the customer's own teamserver infrastructure.

4. Storage & Retention

Data is stored in encrypted SQLite databases managed by the license server. We retain account and license data for the life of the customer relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and billing purposes. Audit logs are retained according to the customer's tier and applicable compliance requirements.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Customers can export their account and license data from the customer portal. For deletion or correction requests, contact your account administrator or email us at the address on the Contact page.
